The three-month presidential campaigns in Uganda concluded on Tuesday, with the main contenders rallying for votes in the central part of the East African country ahead of Thursday's vote.
The elections are scheduled to start on Thursday at 7:00 a.m. local time (0400 GMT) and close at 4:00 p.m. (1300 GMT), with about 21 million registered voters expected to turn up at polling stations across the country, according to the electoral body. (Photo by Hajarah Nalwadda/Xinhua)
